When to Apply
You need to apply well in advance of the expected enrollment date - six months in advance if possible.
Where to Apply
- You may either complete our online application here, and submit it along with the signature page and your $35 non-refundable application fee
- OR, you can click the link here for our printable version, complete and mail it in, along with the application fee
- OR, you can request an application be mailed to you by calling our Office of Admissions at 1-800-447-9472.
How to Apply:
- Complete the official application
- Send a $35 non-refundable processing fee for admission
- Have scores for the ACT or SAT sent to us
- Send High school transcripts directly to Director of Admissions
- Complete a Personal Data Form and return with a $110 non-refundable confirmation fee.
- Have your physician complete and submit your official health report to us

Transfer Students - Procedures are the same as above. But, you must submit transcript(s) of all college work attempted, including a statement of honorable dismissal.
Foreign Students - Procedures are the same as above, except you must also submit a TOEFL score.
Distance Learning Program Students - Procedures are the same as above, excluding the requirement of the ACT or SAT.
